Juicing - Great Way to Lose Weight

When I purchased a juicer a few years ago, it was one of the most popular brands at that time. it was advertised a lot and seemed to be the juicer that I would like to own. A couple of years ago I decided to look into juicing again with a new view on what I wanted from it, making great juice with no messy cleanup. When I first started juicing, I used an apples, carrots and celery combination. It is a very good tasting drink, and from start to cleanup, it took only 14 minutes, whereas with the other juicer that I had, it took over 40 minutes.
What a difference. As much as possible, I use organic fruits and vegetables for juicing. Then, I tried other recipes that came with the juicer and found some more that I really liked and found some books that gave information about healing with juicing. Apples, cherries and watermelon are extremely helpful in combating the long term effects of arthritis and a good cleansing drink for constipation is two apples, one pear, 1 tablespoon lemon and 1 small piece of ginger.
